The most important task of the quality management team at Inwerk is to ensure that all contracted tasks are fulfilled as smoothly as possible. In order to make this possible, it's essential to precisely record and forward orders, make sure information reaches customers and manufacturing partners reliably, and to check manufacturers' order confirmations. If some clarification is needed over the course of a project, the quality management team are the point of contact for customers, customer advisors and manufacturing partners. Acting as an interface between all three, it's this department's job to quickly present solutions that meet Inwerk's high quality standards.
Other tasks for the quality management team include adding new services that our customers might be interested in. Past examples include next-day delivery and fixed delivery dates.
Quality management is also something we need internally, which is why this department also draws up detailed onboarding programmes for new colleagues and continues to develop them in collaboration with HR. A comprehensive onboarding process makes it easier to get started, rapidly making new team members into key pillars of support. Which makes everyone involved much happier.
