The most important characteristics our consultants have is their willingness to listen and the freedom they have to find the optimal solution for each customer. Taking on board their desires, answering their questions - and reading between the lines as well. This is how we ensure that our customers always have a friendly contact partner and feel well supported with their requirements at Inwerk.

We keep our specialist skills up to date through regular supervision and training. We complete multiple workshops each year to improve our soft skills and keep us in a position to successfully maintain dialogue with our customers.
 
To become a customer consultant with us, you should bring empathy, team spirit and passion above all else. Ideally, you'll already have experience with direct customer contact, even in another industry. If you're missing any industry-specific knowledge, we'll bring you up to speed in no time.
