New jobs available with an exceptionally friendly team!

Celebrating you

for strengthening us

We're convinced that enthusiasm for a task, being able to bring your own ideas and drive projects forwards is what makes a job meaningful. So it's particularly important to us to share with new colleagues our passion for innovation, practical and modern office solutions, and attractively and skillfully presenting these ideas through our online shop. We're particularly fond of people who like thinking and working creatively and on their own initiative. As a company recognised for our willingness to innovate, we love constantly expanding our perspective, keeping our jobs exciting and always improving.

We're a family company, and we work in a familial, trusting environment where everyone is valued. We Inwerkers value a friendly, personable atmosphere, which is why we train our teams in every department, from software pros to invoicing staff, not just on specialist subjects but also on matters like the basics of successful communication, negotiation skills and making a friendly impression.

Loyalty between all of our teams, no matter their department, is very important to us. We want everyone to want to work with us - not just because of the exciting work we do, but also because of the fantastic people we have and the way we get along. Our flat hierarchies and our consciously diverse, varied team are core to this approach. At Inwerk, CVs don't always have to match the mainstream. We carefully and personally nurture new talent, and make sure multiple people examine each application to see its potential. As a result, all sorts of personalities can find a place here. If needed, we also help further develop people's talents with one-to-one coaching, and we're always ready to listen, including when things aren't quite going right.

Active communication between offices, regular multi-team workshops - and, of course, our particularly lovingly organised events like our annual summer festival and the end-of-year party - help reinforce our team spirit. Smaller events in between, like ice-cream vans in the summer, watching the football together or company barbecues, keep us together the rest of the time.

Our team members aren't just important to us: they're valuable. We try to do little things every day to help people feel good at work, including:

+ Fruit baskets
+ Free coffee, tea, water – and when there's something to celebrate, a glass of sparkling wine.
+ Outdoor terrace
+ A beautiful employee kitchen
+ Guest rooms with showers
+ Mindfulness-based relaxation sessions

Both of our offices in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse allow us to enjoy a unique, inspiring working environment where we can feel good - and so, we're sure, can you.

As a top company on Kununu, we're also happy to let our team members speak for themselves about Inwerk's culture. You can find their reports on www.kununu.de.

We look forward to getting to know you personally. Until then:

See you soon at Inwerk!

LAB-3

Working in Biebertal, near Giessen

Inwerk's LAB-3 in Biebertal is located in a modern building equipped with our own office systems. Here we develop our products, but we also test them out by letting our colleagues use them day-to-day.

Ergonomic workstations, a training centre, lounges, an events kitchen and even a fitness studio: it's all here under one roof at LAB-3. All to meet the varied needs of our employees in terms of both working conditions and relaxation options.

Forum for Office Culture

Working in Meerbusch

Here in the unique atmosphere lent by its status as a former brewery, we have Germany's largest office furniture exhibition, measuring 3,500 square metres, where we present our own brands and products from selected partners. We regularly receive customers here from Germany and abroad - they can even stay for free in our guest house if they need to. Our colleagues from Biebertal also regularly use this house during their regular visits to Meerbusch.

Our own workstations are also located amidst our showrooms. We don't just recommend open space: here, we live it as a reality. As a result, our customers can see "live" how this trend becomes a reality. At the same time, we also find it the nicest way to work, since everyone is easy to reach and it facilitates communication, while our space still offers plenty of areas to retreat to and concentrate in.

Naturally, we all work at ergonomic desks. Our own designer furniture units, the Masterlift® and Masterpod®, offer ideal, flexible options - and they look great too. Free coffee, soft drinks and fresh fruit are available every day (and don't worry, we also look after those with a sweet tooth, too).

Getting to work each day is as easy as can be, no matter how you do it. The Forum for Office Culture is well connected, lying just off the A44 autobahn. There's also a train and S-Bahn station nearby. Colleagues who want to work out before work by cycling here can use the guesthouse showers before getting started for the day.
